This is a small ball used during floor exercise to strengthen and tone the main muscle groups in the body's core.
These muscle groups are essential to keep us upright and often the weak core is the main problem behind back problems, therefore the employee sat behind the desk who has time off sick with a bad back would benefit greatly, and you the employer will not be losing man hours due to back problems.
TW Fitness is available for both full and half day bookings, offering your team of employees fun fitness whilst working and giving you the employer a fit, healthy and motivated team.

Being sat in an office all day, usually in the same sedentary position your staff become lethargic and disinterested and unable to give their all in the workplace. This can then lead to stress, strain and ultimately the loss of manpower due to time off sick.
How do we do this?
By offering your employee the chance to take part in a 30-60 minute exercise program within their working day this will improve all of the above, making them more alert and less susceptible to illness.
Fully self-sufficient, TW Fitness need only the space to train, this could be in the office, conference room or even the car park.
Office training is a more stationary workout comprising of the use of weights and stretching. However this does still give results and gets the office moving.
All in all the TW Fitness package gets your team working as a team and in the summer months a little office rivalry in a special TW Fitness sports day will do wonders for morale.
This is also true of massage therapy, by massaging the body the toxins are forced out through the lymph system and also alleviating any aches and pains in the back from being in the sitting position daily, again reducing sick days due to back problems.
